Job Description

Open to Associate Director or Director level
£65,000 - £80,000 base salary + bonus
28 days annual leave, 12% employer pension contribution, private healthcare.
London hybrid, ideally 1-2 days a week in office but flexibility here.

Impact and Economic Evaluation Director role with an independent agency who are very stable with some brilliant people and internal initiatives. The evaluation side of the business is growing rapidly, and this role will work closely with them on delivering statistical impact analysis, theory-driven evaluation, quasi-experimental methods and value-for-money assessments. It's a full service research role with significant scope for influence.

Key responsibilities:

  • Be a company expert in economic and impact evaluation. Lead and develop internal evaluation expertise.
  • Lead economic evaluations (this is a hands on role)
  • Business development and growing existing accounts.
  • Team development longer term - grow an economic evaluation team. Shape your team and offering in the future.
  • Present research findings to clients, policy makers and other stakeholders. Provide strategic insight.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in econometrics, UK based social market research and policy evaluation.
