The Person
You are an experienced recruitment leader and proven high-biller (£350k+), with deep expertise across the Real Estate Development and Investment lifecycle, or senior Finance recruitment within the Real Estate sector.
With a strong network of C-Suite clients, you combine strategic vision with hands-on leadership, driving team performance while building your own portfolio.
Collaborative and professional, you thrive in a mature, non-ego-centric culture and have the acumen to present confidently at the "top table."

The Role
This pivotal role offers the chance to lead the Real Estate Practice, driving growth and excellence. With immediate responsibility for a team of experienced consultants, you will:
Take ownership of the Real Estate division, revitalizing it as a key revenue driver.
Develop client relationships across the Real Estate lifecycle (Development, Investment, Private Equity, Asset Management).
Identify growth areas and hire new talent, expanding the team.
Achieve personal billing targets while enhancing team NFI performance.
Work closely with the leadership team, contributing strategically and positioning yourself for future MD opportunities.
