Basic to £100,000

OTE Uncapped - Year 2 potential of £250k+

Based - London (Hybrid)

CURRENT EXPERIENCE IN RECRUITMENT CONSULTANCY IS ESSENTIAL FOR THIS ROLE, AS WELL AS EXPERIENCE WITHIN THE REAL ESTATE SECTOR.

The Person

  • You are an experienced recruitment leader and proven high-biller (£350k+), with deep expertise across the Real Estate Development and Investment lifecycle, or senior Finance recruitment within the Real Estate sector.

  • With a strong network of C-Suite clients, you combine strategic vision with hands-on leadership, driving team performance while building your own portfolio.

  • Collaborative and professional, you thrive in a mature, non-ego-centric culture and have the acumen to present confidently at the "top table."

The Role

  • This pivotal role offers the chance to lead the Real Estate Practice, driving growth and excellence. With immediate responsibility for a team of experienced consultants, you will:

  • Take ownership of the Real Estate division, revitalizing it as a key revenue driver.

  • Develop client relationships across the Real Estate lifecycle (Development, Investment, Private Equity, Asset Management).

  • Identify growth areas and hire new talent, expanding the team.

  • Achieve personal billing targets while enhancing team NFI performance.

  • Work closely with the leadership team, contributing strategically and positioning yourself for future MD opportunities.
