What the Marketing Department does at Worldwide

The Marketing Department is a group of highly dedicated individuals working as one to bring the best-in-class customer service to our clients. This department is committed to growing and building business longevity for all our internal and external customers.

What you will do

  • Collaborate with scientific and commercial teams to develop annual business unit marketing strategies designed to achieve growth goals in key indications and/or business units, including development of KPIs and performance indicators.
  • Develop clear and differentiating message platforms based on customer needs and insights, ensuring they are aligned with the company's overall goals.
  • Develop strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders and senior management team to ensure consistency and alignment.
  • Conduct regular market and competitive intelligence scans, distill insights and implications for growth strategy. Provide annual and quarterly updates with actionable insights.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and healthcare and incorporate these to continuously improve and refine marketing strategy and messaging.
  • Support the development of new service or product offerings by gathering market and customer intelligence, analyzing competitor landscapes, and testing messaging options; Assist in the creation of marketing plans and campaigns to launch and promote new services, leveraging both traditional and digital channels.
  • Establish and maintain a measurement framework to monitor the success of marketing efforts, focusing on awareness, content effectiveness, and channel effectiveness.

What you will bring to the role

  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, including familiarity with SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in data analytics and marketing technology tools.
  • Strong organizational management skills; experience in Agile marketing is a plus.

Your experience

  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience and a demonstrated understanding of the drug development process; CRO/pharma/biotech experience a plus.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field; Master's Degree a plus.
  • Experience with new service/product offering value proposition and go-to-market plan development.
  • Experience in competitive intelligence and synthesis of industry trends and best practices.
