We're looking for a future focussed Reward leader to build and deliver a high-reaching, future-ready offering-one that drives customer focus, supports talent retention and attraction, and positions VMO2 as a destination employer.
With accountability for designing and implementing our Reward strategy, you'll work closely with senior stakeholders and People Directors to craft solutions that are both scalable and tailored-80% consistent, 20% responsive to the hiring and retention needs of specific business areas.

The must havesIn order to be considered, you must have the following experience;
- Expertise in Reward, Tax, and Legislation - Expertise in UK Reward matters, with up-to-date knowledge of tax, pensions, and evolving legislation. Demonstrative ability to translate complex regulatory changes into clear, actionable strategies aligned to business goals.
- Leadership and Stakeholder Management - Strength in leading and mentoring teams, building influence across all levels, and engaging with senior stakeholders. Understands the needs of both internal and external stakeholders and supports reporting to the People Leadership Team, CEO, Remuneration Committee, shareholders, regulators, and government bodies.
- Critical Thinking and Organisational Impact - Capability to connect Reward strategy to core business priorities, applying commercial insight and innovative thinking to craft solutions that deliver measurable organisational outcomes in sophisticated environments.
- Programme Leadership and Execution - Experience in leading large, multi-disciplinary projects from concept to delivery. Combines strategic foresight with a hands-on approach, leading ambiguity, risk, and multiple stakeholder groups to ensure successful execution.
- Organisational Transformation and Change Leadership - Expertise in organisational diagnostics, with a customer- and business-centric approach. Acts as a trusted advisor and sounding board on Reward-related matters, bringing fresh insight, challenging the status quo, and driving effective change in dynamic business settings.
We'd also love you to bring;
- Knowledge of DC and DB pensions an advantage, and expertise of liability management and risk mitigation for DB schemes.
- Full CIPD membership and qualified (or equivalent) business qualification.
- Knowledge of Senior Managers Regime.
- Strong organisation diagnostic and consulting skills. Customer and business centric approach.
