A fantastic position has arisen for a Dispute Resolution / Litigation Lawyer to join a well-established law firm in Norfolk.
The successful Senior Litigation Lawyer will undertake a wide range of dispute resolution matters bringing to the team expertise and networking skills, which would be highly advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Contract disputes
- Debt collection
- Civil Litigation
- Dispute Resolution
- Landlord and tenant disputes
- Property disputes
- Professional negligence
- Contentious probate
The Candidate
- Solicitor or legal executive with a minimum of two years' PQE
- Expertise in litigation and dispute resolution work
- Excellent academic background
- A flair for business development would be advantageous
- Excellent communication skills across all levels are desirable
