Job Description

As a contracted Disputes Knowledge Lawyer, you will be responsible for:

  1. Preparing and delivering Dispute Resolution training to NQs and trainees.
  2. Supporting the collation of departmental knowhow.
  3. Drafting and maintaining template documents.
  4. Monitoring legal developments and horizon scanning.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will be a qualified lawyer with excellent dispute resolution, investigation, and arbitration legal knowledge.
