Dutch or French speaking Application Engineer (Manufacturing industry)
Location: Remote UK
Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum plus benefits

Leading provider of CAD/CAM software solutions for both domestic and international clients in the manufacturing industry.
Responsibilities:
- To provide application engineering support within a manufacturing environment to the UK and Benelux regions, collaborating with the technical team to expertly address customer queries.
- Enhance the customer technical support experience by proactively addressing the customer's needs regarding cost, timing, quality, and key issues.
- Act as a technical liaison between the company, sales partners, and both new and existing customers, ensuring that all clients receive outstanding support for their technical questions and issues.
- Foster positive relationships and enhance customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Cultivate an understanding of the dynamic UK and Benelux CAD/CAM market, embracing the technology, navigating the competition, and seizing the opportunities ahead.
- Enhance support for existing customers, conduct on-site visits, and offer assistance with applications programming.
- Create and facilitate training sessions that empower both prospective and existing customers, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills they need to succeed.
- Effectively program, operate, and maintain machine tools, providing valuable support to both prospective and existing customers.
- Visit customers within the UK and Benelux region.
Candidate's Profile:
- Fluent in either Dutch or French (both written and spoken).
- Excellent working knowledge of CAD/CAM programming software required.
- Background working within a manufacturing environment needed.
- Experience as an Applications Engineer beneficial.
- Troubleshooting, problem-solving, and risk assessment skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Must be able to travel 50% of the time.
- Professional and positive approach to developing and maintaining relationships.
