Salary: £32,000 per annum plus bonus

Main duties:

1. Respond to enquiries via email, phone and live chat
2. Provide product support to customers and distributors
3. Deliver technical troubleshooting
4. Be responsible for returns and following up accordingly
5. Provide purchase support
6. Liaise with internal departments ensuring support to customers is maintained at a high standard
7. Engage in professional development as required

Candidate's Profile:

1. Fluent in Dutch (written and spoken) essential
2. Experience in technical or product support required
3. Great customer service experience (B2C)
4. Excellent communication skills
5. High attention to detail with good problem solving skills
6. Car owner due to location of client
