ABOUT THE POSITION:
The E&I Supervisor coordinates and monitors the contractor's electrical and instrumentation activities during the electro-mechanical construction, commissioning, and final handover. Mainly working on-site, he ensures that the work quality meets contract requirements, that progress aligns with the schedule, and that safety for both staff and equipment remains the contractor's top priority.
Here is a list on general and on-site activities:
- Support and enforce the Project Health and Safety policy to achieve Zero Harm.
- Oversee and manage the quality control, planning, reporting, troubleshooting, and supervision of Electrical & Instrumentation activities.
- Assist with inspections, contribute to construction and commissioning planning, conduct preventive risk analysis, and provide input for technical documents and contract management.
- Review technical documents like shop drawings, method statements, risk assessments, and E&I procedures, and monitor EPCM contractors' QA/QC documents.
- Implement Inspection Test Plans (ITP), conduct inspections, and ensure materials and work conform to project standards.
- Track project progress, support coordination between engineers, designers, contractors, attend progress meetings, and provide daily reports to the Construction Project Manager.
ABOUT YOU:
- You have an electrical or electromechanical Master's degree or equivalent knowledge through experience
- You have at least 3 years in E&I in large industrial infrastructure project
- You are proficient with MS Office
- Your fluent in both English and Dutch
- You are autonomous, proactive, and like to work in teams
