• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria aligned with Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Work closely with product managers, solution architects, and development teams to ensure deliverables meet documented needs.
• Support UAT processes, including development of test scripts, coordination of user testing, and validation of outputs. - Regional Rollout & Change Enablement
• Support onboarding and rollout of the Parent Portal across Europe and Latin America schools.
• Coordinate change impact assessments and training material development.
• Collect, analyse, and prioritise feedback from stakeholders to inform continuous improvement and platform iteration. - Strategic Contribution to Platform Evolution
• Identify opportunities for improvement through new integrations, process enhancements, and feature extensions.
• Monitor CRM usage metrics and stakeholder satisfaction to provide data-driven recommendations for evolution.
• Contribute to roadmap planning through structured analysis of cross-regional and functional needs.

• Proficiency in JIRA, Azure DevOps, or Confluence; ability to document and manage user stories and requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (additional certifications in Business Analysis; CBAP, PMI-PBA or Agile; Scrum Master/Product Owner is beneficial).
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, ideally with certifications e.g. PL-200/MB-210 or Power Platform exposure.
• Experience working with global or regional teams.
• Experience in a Business Analyst/Product Management or similar role, ideally in education or another complex service-driven environment.
