A 12 month Fixed Term Contract has arisen, working for a hugely successful Private Equity Firm based in fabulous offices in Central London. They are a brilliantly collaborative and social team with an appealing company culture. They are looking for an outstanding EA to support their inspiring CFO. The ideal candidate will have experience working within an Accounts Team and be familiar using Concur.
Looking for the EA to start in mid-April.
Duties will include:
- Diary management for the CFO plus wider team of 7
- Managing CRM
- Liaising with the IR team
- Arranging end-to-end travel - domestic and international
- Supporting all administrative needs and correspondence
- Maintaining a WIP report
- Relationship building with portfolio companies
- Manage team expenses
- Preparing documents for board meetings, VC's and calls
- Participation in weekly team meetings
- Some aspects of personal admin (to a lesser extent)
The ideal candidate will have:
- High levels of attention to detail
- A warm personality
- A methodical mindset
- Solid EA experience
