Job Description

The Early Careers recruiter will be responsible for attracting, engaging, and hiring top university talent to support a range of functions across the business, ensuring alignment with Visa's strategic goals and fostering a diverse and inclusive workforce.

Responsibilities
  • Execute impactful recruitment campaigns to attract and select the very best early career talent with a focus on candidate experience - including management of the recruitment process from initial CV screen to offer.
  • Build relationships with universities through attending careers fairs, company presentations and other employment events to build a pipeline of candidates.
  • Actively promote Visa's employer brand to university students, highlighting the benefits of working at Visa and the opportunities available.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including hiring managers and HR, to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
  • Assist in the development and execution of programs for interns and graduates to ensure a positive and enriching experience.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Minimum Requirements
  • Strong understanding of the university recruiting lifecycle and hiring processes.
  • Experience with candidate tracking using Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Extremely passionate about working with early career talent in the university space.
  • A great communicator able to build rapport with early in career candidates and influence stakeholders.
  • High energy, organised and efficient in managing high volume recruiting activity.
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing recruitment needs and market conditions.
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues that may arise during the recruitment process.
