Education Recruitment Consultant Fully Remote

Are you an experienced Education Recruitment Consultant looking to be part of a dynamic and growing business? Help Educate is seeking a passionate individual to join our team in a fully remote capacity.

Position Overview: This role is perfect for someone eager to elevate their career and become part of the integral growth of Help Educate. During the initial 6-month probationary period, you will work on a commission-only basis, earning a competitive 40% commission, with the flexibility to be paid weekly, fortnightly, or monthly. Upon successful completion of the probation period, you will have the opportunity to:

  1. Transition into a permanent salaried position with an attractive salary ranging from £30,000 to £65,000, based on probationary performance.
  2. Have the option to bring on another consultant to manage, enabling you to start growing your own team and expand your influence within the company.

  • Preferred Working Hours:
    • Monday - Thursday: 7:15 am - 5:00 pm or 7:30 am - 5:15 pm
    • Friday: 7:15 am - 4:45 pm
  • Annual Leave upon successful completion of probation: 30 days total, including 25 days regular leave, with the option to take 5 consecutive days off during term-time and an additional 5 days over Christmas.
