Job Description:Are you an experienced Electrical Design Engineer looking for your next exciting challenge? Our client, a leading M&E Contractor based in Derbyshire, is seeking a talented individual to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a variety of commercial and industrial projects, with values ranging from £1m to £5m.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop electrical systems for building services, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Work on diverse projects, including student accommodation, educational facilities, food industry buildings, and sheds.

Utilise Revit software to create detailed electrical designs, meeting the growing demand from clients for these types of drawings.

Collaborate with other engineers, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure project success.

Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure the quality and accuracy of electrical installations.

Prepare technical reports, specifications, and documentation for project deliverables.

Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and other team members.

Requirements:

5-10 years of experience in MEP Revit, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.

Proficiency in other electrical design software such as Amtech, Dialux, and Relux.

Honest, reliable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, building services, and relevant regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and colleagues.
