I am working with a leading engineering contractor and they are looking for an Electrical Engineer to join them on a Data Centre project in Cardiff.

Your day to day will include:

1. Preparing method statements and risk assessments with construction team for production activities.
2. Prepare reports and front-end studies including capital cost estimates, project schedules, material take offs and tender schedules.
3. Prepare technical and contract documentation for issue and analysing returned tenders.
4. Keeping up to date the delivery schedule to control deliveries.
5. Producing look ahead programs to assist production.
6. Carrying out Quality Control through inspections and snagging.
7. Liaising with multi-disciplinary teams across the project.

The ideal candidate will have:

1. A degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
2. Experience in a similar role with an electrical contractor.
3. Data Centre, Pharma or Industrial experience would be an advantage.
