Duties:

1. To undertake the maintenance and repair of the Electrical service.
2. Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance and complete the appropriate paperwork and reports.
3. Carry out Reactive and emergency breakdown tasks and complete the associated paperwork.
4. Provide Electrically Biased support on a large multi-building, multi-tenanted research and development site.
5. Support the wider team in other areas related to customer requirements.
6. Respond promptly and effectively to all electrically related reactive maintenance issues and help desk requests.
7. Electrical fault diagnosis associated with the PPM or Reactive maintenance of the site.
8. Keep the CAFM system updated with works carried out.
9. Ensure onsite Quality Assurance procedures are adhered to and maintain accurate records/documentation associated with the electrical aspects of the PPM and plant.
10. Work with specialist sub-contractors associated with electrical aspects of the PPM schedules.
11. Liaise with the relevant managers daily to confirm all works are going to plan and no delays.

Person Specification:

1. Must have 3+ years facilities maintenance experience in the UK.
2. Must be fully qualified electrically.
3. 18th Edition.
