Electrical Pre-Construction Manager - M&E

Pre-construction manager required for a design, build and maintenance business that is on a major upward trajectory. You will be responsible for managing tenders, estimators, and pre-contract administration.

This is a great opportunity for an electrically biased pre-construction manager, estimating manager, project manager, contract manager, or senior estimator with a strong electrical background in commercial and industrial installation estimating to join a business that is on a steep upward trajectory.

Requirements:

• Substantial estimating/tendering background within building services.
• Electrical bias with good mechanical awareness.
• Experience of managing multiple tenders.
• Ability to read AutoCad drawings.

Package:

• Total earning: £66,000 to £76,000.
• Base salary: £50,000 to £60,000 depending on experience.
• Bonus based on profit and tender success, typically over £10,000 (net and gross profit figures are transparent).
• £6000 car allowance.
• 33 days holiday.
