Electrical Qualifying Supervisor- Sleaford- Social Housing- Up to £46k- Testing, Inspection, Quality Assurance

A large maintenance contractor is looking for an Electrical Qualifying Supervisor to join their team on either a permanent or temp to perm basis.
Covering a social housing contract around the Sleaford area.
Salary between £41.5k & £46k with opportunity for other bonuses and incentives

Your new role

• Completing electrical testing (EICR's) within occupied social housing properties
  
• Completing quality assurance checks and works sign off's for works completed by other electricians
  
• Liaising with building control to notify them of new installation works
  
• Validation on electrical repairs & small works
  

What you'll need to succeed

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
• AM2
• 18th Edition Wiring Regs
• 2391 Testing & Inspection
• Full UK Driving License
• Social Housing Experience (or domestic maintenance)
• Good Customer Service Skills
