Key Responsibilities:
Team Collaboration:

  • Uphold client contract requirements, aiming to exceed Key Performance Indicators.
  • Perform reactive repairs and scheduled maintenance tasks with utmost precision.
  • Adhere to established standard and emergency protocols.
  • Implement and uphold the account's Risk & Safety practices to minimize disruptions to client operations.
  • Collaborate closely with the wider team to identify areas for enhancing technical service delivery. Continuous Development:
  • Proactively seek and implement improvements to elevate service quality and efficiency. Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
  • HV/LV Authorized Person AP15 (Training refreshers provided).
  • Updated IEE: Wiring and Installation Regulations or equivalent in mechanical engineering.
  • HNC & HND qualifications in engineering.
  • Confined Authorized Person (Training refreshers provided).
  • Mechanical Pressure Authorized Person (Training refreshers provided).
  • IOSH certification. Essential Qualifications & Experience:
  • City & Guilds Level 3 NVQ in electrical/mechanical disciplines.
  • Previous experience in a Critical Engineering Facility.
  • Proficiency in PC operations and familiarity with systems like BMS and other digital control/monitoring platforms.
