Contract Electrical Technician
Reading (Full time site-based role)
Up to £38 per hour (Inside IR35)
A leading provider of nuclear engineering solutions, the company specializes in delivering complex projects across the nuclear life cycle is looking for an Electrical Technician. The organization collaborates with government and industry partners to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of nuclear projects.
Your role will involve:
- Installing tray, conduit, trunking, and cabling.
- Glanding, terminating, and identifying cables & cores.
- Earthing, bonding, and panel installations.
- Setting up 3-phase motors, isolators & emergency stop circuits.
- Installing electrical devices and instrumentation as per RAMS
What You'll Need:
- ECS/CSCS Card - Mandatory for site access
- Experience in site installations within Nuclear/Power Generation environments.
- Wiring 3 Phase motors and Isolators.
