SC Cleared (active or eligible, can start on BPSS)
6 month initial contract
On-site - North West (4-5 days a week onsite, possibility for remote work occasionally)
£60-£65 p/h (Inside IR35, Umbrella)

Our market-leading client requires a Test Design Support Engineer to join them on a long-term contract.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Act as the interface between design and manufacturing teams whilst working alongside support engineers to provide knowledge and support
2. Play a key role in the support of production activities at the state of the art manufacturing facilities
3. Work on advanced programmes and subsystems as well as support launcher assemblies
4. Provide scope and development in areas of electronics

Skills Required:

1. Background in electronic engineering
2. Proven experience in the design of one or more of the following disciplines:
3. Digital and Analogue electronics
4. Power Electronics
5. RF & Antenna
6. Interconnects
7. Safety Electronics
8. Test Systems
9. Schematic design
10. PCB Design
11. Adherence to BS EN Standards
12. Experience of working within a multi-disciplinary team
13. Ability to find Root Causes of design related issues and propose robust Corrective Actions
