An EL/PL Manager/Team Leader is wanted for an excellent opportunity with a Top 100 law firm based in Manchester. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.

My client is an award-winning, well-regarded firm with an excellent reputation in the market. Due to continued growth and expansion, they are looking to recruit a Solicitor/Fee Earner to manage a team of EL/PL Fee Earners.

You will lead, encourage, mentor, and develop all members of the team to their maximum potential, to ensure the team meets its objectives and delivers their work standards as agreed in the client's SLA.

Duties will include:

1. Monthly 121 performance review
2. Setting objectives, monitoring performance, providing feedback, and supporting professional development
3. Holding team meetings
4. Planning & distributing workload
5. Ensuring compliance with legal procedures and best practices
6. Staying up-to-date with legal developments
7. Acting as the first point of contact for client complaints

The ideal candidate will have:
Recent and proven EL/PL experience. We are happy to consider both Claimant & Defendant Team Leaders/Managers.
