Job Description
- Overseeing payroll processes across multiple countries within the EMEA region.
- Ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing in accordance with statutory requirements.
- Leading, managing, and developing a team to deliver high-quality payroll services.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of payroll legislations and best practices.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements within the payroll function.
- Managing relationships with payroll vendors and stakeholders.
- Providing training and support to the payroll team.
- Contributing to wider finance projects as needed.
The Successful Applicant
A successful EMEA Payroll Manager should have:
- Strong knowledge of EMEA payroll regulations and legislations.
- Proven experience across multiple countries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to problem solve and implement process improvements.
- Happy to operate solely.
- Commutable distance (3x per week) of Bracknell, Berkshire.

- Base Salary: Ranging from £55,000 - £65,000 per annum (dependent on previous experience and interview performance)
