Job Description

  • Overseeing payroll processes across multiple countries within the EMEA region.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing in accordance with statutory requirements.
  • Leading, managing, and developing a team to deliver high-quality payroll services.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of payroll legislations and best practices.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements within the payroll function.
  • Managing relationships with payroll vendors and stakeholders.
  • Providing training and support to the payroll team.
  • Contributing to wider finance projects as needed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful EMEA Payroll Manager should have:

  • Strong knowledge of EMEA payroll regulations and legislations.
  • Proven experience across multiple countries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to problem solve and implement process improvements.
  • Happy to operate solely.
  • Commutable distance (3x per week) of Bracknell, Berkshire.

  • Base Salary: Ranging from £55,000 - £65,000 per annum (dependent on previous experience and interview performance)
