Job Description

We're working with a leading retail brand, who are seeking an experienced Change & Transformation Specialist to design and execute programs that support Employee Relations.

In this pivotal role, you will:

  1. Provide expert guidance on redundancy consultations, TUPE transfers, and restructures.
  2. Ensure legal compliance while maintaining colleague morale during transitions.
  3. Represent the company during collective consultations.
  4. Build leader capability through training and development.
  5. Drive continuous improvement of HR policies and practices.

The ideal candidate brings proven experience and essential qualities to succeed in this role:

  1. Strong knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations best practices.
  2. Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels.
  3. Track record of supporting managers through significant organizational change.
  4. Ability to balance legal requirements with business needs.
  5. Project management expertise with multiple initiatives.
