Job DescriptionSalary: c £45,000 plus good benefits
This position will require two days a week on-site work, with the option to work from home for the remaining days.
You will lead a team of Employee Relations specialists and partner with HR leadership and business leaders to ensure a positive work environment, mitigate risks, resolve workplace conflicts, and ensure legal compliance regarding employment law and organisational policies while effectively managing all casework.
Duties- Lead and manage a team of Employee Relations specialists.
- Proactively assist, advise, support, and coach people managers regarding employment law, employee relations, and performance management issues, acting as the lead casework advisor.
- Produce and analyze management information relating to staff turnover, sickness absence, etc.
- Provide support to the wider HR Team to achieve its objectives in relation to the directorate's business plan and other related projects; project management experience would be an advantage.
- Work with the HR Team to ensure that people capabilities are developed to deliver strategic goals and objectives across the business.
- Must be CIPD level 5 qualified and have experience leading on complex casework in a multi-site, diverse operation.
You will be expected to travel to other offices within the group as determined by business need.
