We are currently recruiting for an Associate/Senior Associate Employment Solicitor to work within the Education and Charities team on behalf of a prestigious Top 100 Law Firm based in Cheltenham.

About the Role:

You will be joining a dynamic team where you will:

  1. Manage your own caseload, advising on a variety of employment law issues within the education sector.
  2. Collaborate with colleagues and schools to provide practical and effective legal advice.
  3. Develop and maintain knowledge of employment law issues specific to the education sector, ensuring you share knowledge and expertise across the team.
  4. Proactively seek opportunities for cross-referrals and contribute to business development efforts.
Requirements:
  1. 4+ years PQE in Employment Law.
  2. Ability to independently manage a caseload with a strong understanding of employment law in the education sector.
