The Role: Senior Consultant - Reward Equity & Employment Tax

We are now seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Equity and Employment tax team, where you'll dive into exciting projects from day one. Forget just crunching numbers-we go beyond traditional tax work, helping businesses make smarter, more strategic decisions.

What You'll Do

1. Work closely with clients to solve real business challenges.
2. Deliver top-tier employment tax projects with technical excellence.
3. Balance compliance work with strategic advisory projects.
4. Help drive business growth by managing client relationships.
5. Ensure we meet the highest quality and risk management standards.
6. Mentor and support junior team members.
