Summary of the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Engagement and Communications Lead to join the Operations function at Diligenta.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping and delivering expert communications and engagement strategies for a key client account. You will be responsible for providing specialist advice, support, and execution, ensuring alignment with Diligenta's comprehensive communications and engagement strategy to drive account performance.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take the lead in developing and executing impactful communication initiatives for a high-profile account, making a real difference in engagement and operational success.

What you'll be doing
- Developing an annual communications and engagement plan and calendar which supports objectives and improves colleague retention for the account.
- Delivering all elements of the communication and engagement plan
- Working closely with the Account Lead and wider leadership team with the delivery of their communications activity and designing of the communications strategy
- Delivering communications on change activity when required
- Driving participation and engagement with communications and engagement activities
- Ensuring the look and feel of communication channels are consistent with the company wide approach with an engaging tone of voice
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in an internal communications or employee engagement role, with a strong ability to develop and implement effective communication strategies.
- Ideally, experience within a corporate environment supporting a large audience of 2,000+ employees, ensuring consistent and engaging messaging.
- Experience working in a regulated environment would be an advantage, though it is not a strict requirement for this role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey messages clearly and persuasively to various audiences.
- Strong copywriting skills, demonstrating attention to detail and the ability to craft compelling and engaging content.
