As part of a multi-disciplinary design team, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality engineering solutions that meet project requirements. You will also support the development of junior engineers and actively contribute to the efficient execution of projects. You will gain exposure to multiple sectors, working on varied and complex projects that offer a dynamic and rewarding career experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage resources to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
  • Lead and mentor the CQV (Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation) team to achieve project goals.
  • Oversee engineering activities across various disciplines, ensuring integration and coordination.
  • Manage large Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management (EPCM) projects from inception to completion.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive engineering solutions.
  • Apply a strong understanding of all engineering disciplines to guide project execution.
  • Utilize experience in pharmaceutical-based projects to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Maintain effective communication with internal teams and clients to ensure project alignment and satisfaction.
  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring tasks are assigned and completed efficiently.
  • Handle various tasks and responsibilities concurrently, maintaining high standards of quality and performance.
  • Delegate tasks to team members based on their skills and project requirements.
  • Review and approve engineering drawings and documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of technical aspects, processes, and procedures.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of project documents and provide necessary approvals.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Process, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Preferably chartered with relevant professional bodies.
  • Proven experience in managing large EPCM projects especially within life sciences like Pharmaceutical projects.
  • Experience working in a multidisciplinary design house.
  • Familiarity with working with contractors and understanding construction and installation processes.
  • Highly engaged with teams and clients, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
  • Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks effectively.
