Additionally, you will collaborate with stakeholders, manage project requirements, and ensure proper documentation and process alignment while driving innovation and continuous improvement across the platform.

What that means day to day

In this role, you will lead a talented team of Salesforce developers, driving the design, development, and implementation of custom Salesforce solutions to meet business needs. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior members, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions that support both operational efficiency and business growth.

• Lead and mentor a high-performing Salesforce development team, fostering technical growth and problem-solving skills.
• Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, workflows, and integrations.
• Ensure code quality and security through code reviews, best practices, and troubleshooting production issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize work, and align solutions with business objectives.
• Manage project workflows using Agile and Waterfall methodologies, ensuring timely delivery and resource allocation.
• Maintain documentation and support system configuration, release management, and end-user training.

What you'll need to be successful

• Demonstrable leadership experience with the ability to lead, mentor, and manage a cross-functional team. Able to provide feedback and guide deliverables.
• Expertise in Salesforce application architecture, Apex, VisualForce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs, and a proven track record of integrating Salesforce with third-party tools.
• Experience with methodology, building Salesforce DevOps pipelines, and working with data migration/ETL tools.
• Familiarity with tools like BitBucket, JIRA, Confluence, as well as a solid understanding of object-oriented design and JavaScript.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with demonstrated ability to represent technical capabilities and deliverables through clear communication and contribute to the vision and roadmap of the platform.
