English Lead Teacher - SEaTSS

9 months Interim Contract
£300 per day - Inside IR35

As part of our Medical Inclusion Service, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our most vulnerable learners receive a high-quality education. You will deliver tailored teaching, provide expert advice to tutors, and lead on curriculum planning for one core subject (English, Maths, or Science). You will also work closely with schools, parents, and other professionals to support reintegration and educational progress.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan and deliver personalised lessons to students being educated outside of school.
2. Assess student needs, monitor progress, and contribute to raising attainment.
3. Provide guidance to tutors and contribute to subject leadership in English, Maths, or Science.
4. Liaise with schools, families, and professionals to support student reintegration.
5. Attend review meetings and prepare statutory and non-statutory reports.
6. Deliver training to school staff as required.

We are seeking a skilled and passionate teacher who:

1. Has experience working with students with SEND and/or medical needs.
2. Can plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons.
3. Has strong communication and collaboration skills to work with a range of stakeholders.
4. Holds a recognised teaching qualification and QTS.
5. Is committed to inclusion, safeguarding, and supporting students to reach their full potential.
