  • Explore the feasibility of bulk data uploads and budget manager review of data using Smartview.
  • Test the proposed Oracle EPM solution by designing, carrying out, and evaluating end-to-end testing.
  • Lead and influence stakeholders to adopt change and achieve optimum outcomes, including leading the cutover and change management activities required to go-live and adopt the new EPM module in line with implementation timetables.
  • Meet project timelines and deliverables, producing documentation of agreed new processes, which may also include developing guidance to support users.

Essential Skills, Competencies, Relevant Qualifications, and Previous Experience Required:

  • Ability to quickly absorb and synthesise information, building rapport and relationships. Solution-focused, delivering pragmatic 'to-be' options and solutions.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach, and an advanced user of Excel/Smart View.
  • Able to marry business requirements to the available system functionality, reviewing 'as-is' budget processes, objectives, risks, and controls together with the underlying data and processes that underpin these key business processes.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate complex financial and technical information to non-finance stakeholders in an understandable way.

Desirable Additional Skills and Experience:

  • A recognised management accounting qualification such as CIMA.
  • Experience of working with Oracle Fusion.
  • Knowledge and experience of using Smartview to create Smartview templates within EPM.
