Your new role
The Estate Services Operative provides day to day front line operational cleaning and caretaking services whilst undertaking estate service duties to communal blocks within Halton Housing portfolio which include sheltered accommodation and office buildings. In our flatted blocks, the Estate Services Operative supports security and safety checks and report any problems which may arise.

What you'll need to succeed

Experience in cleaning and caretaking services.

An awareness of Health and Safety regulations.

Hold a full UK Drivers Licence.

Practical experience and proficiency in using mobile technology.

To be self-motivated/proactive to achieve high standards and work using own initiative.
