The Marketing Manager will play a leading role in evolving the strategy for CoreWeave's brand and market engagement across key markets in Europe. They will devise, plan, manage, and execute a wide range of campaigns, events, and experiences that enhance brand awareness, engage our target audience, and support our wider marketing objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for campaign and event management, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to deliver memorable and impactful outcomes. They will also be responsible for developing and executing events across Europe to enhance our market presence and drive customer engagement. Ideal candidates have a passion for technology and a deep understanding of B2B marketing.

The salary for this position ranges from GBP 75,000 to GBP 90,000, plus bonus and competitive benefits. Pay is based on several factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
This is a hybrid role at our London office in Brick Lane.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Strategy and Planning
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy for the European market that is aligned with CoreWeave's marketing goals and objectives.
  • Monitor competitor and industry activity to identify opportunities for differentiation and brand positioning.
  • Evaluate and prioritize conferences and events across Europe, considering opportunities for thought leadership, sponsorship, and team attendance.
  • Plan and manage brand awareness campaigns, including LinkedIn and Adword campaigns.
  • Plan and manage diverse events, including conferences, sponsorship, webinars, hackathons, product launches, and customer hospitality.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand goals, target audience, and critical messages.
  • Event Execution and Management
  • Coordinate all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, contract negotiation, budget management, and timeline development.
  • Ensure seamless execution of events by overseeing setup, registration, attendee engagement, and post-event activities.
  • Lead event promotion efforts, including creating compelling marketing materials, email campaigns, social media posts, and event landing pages.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align messaging and branding with broader marketing initiatives.
  • Partner with sales, product, and other internal teams to ensure activities support business objectives and drive lead generation and positive customer and partner experiences.
  • Liaise with external partners, sponsors, and industry influencers to maximize CoreWeave's impact and reach.
  • Metrics and Reporting
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for all activities to measure success and ROI.
  • Prepare detailed reports, including analysis of audience demographics, engagement, and new business opportunities.
  • Use data insights to refine strategies and improve future campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the technology or cloud computing industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully planning and executing large-scale in-person events.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Proficiency in CRM, project management software, and marketing automation tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
