Job DescriptionWe are looking for our future Head of Growth Marketing to replace a maternity leave for a 5-month contract.
Our mission in the Product & Growth community is to Generate profitable Growth and positive Change through Products that Users love, amplified by the right local demand/supply strategies.
Within our community, you are in charge of the Growth Marketing team. The role of this team is to put in our agents' hands the largest number of travelers with the most mature travel intentions possible, convince them to choose Evaneos, make them return, at European level in our 5 markets (FR, ES, DE, IT, NL). Its objective is to generate profitable growth by maximizing acquisition, activation, and lead generation metrics from both prospects and customers.
You'd be reporting directly to Romain, our Chief Product & Growth officer.
Your responsibilitiesHere's what you'll be doing:
Lead acquisition strategy: Create and implement winning acquisition strategies tailored to each market and traveler segment. Work closely with your team and Country Managers to refine buyer personas and craft action plans that truly resonate.
Drive transformation by leading our marketing mix evolution towards profitability through:
- mastering paid channels and optimizing cost per lead
- boosting our organic traffic growth
- empowering our brand teams to amplify Evaneos' digital presence
- nurturing our user base through strategic CRM initiatives
- understanding a crystal-clear attribution model across channels
Unleash potential: Fine-tune our funnels to boost retention, enhance lead quality, and maximize conversion rates in close partnership with our product team.
Drive business success: Contribute to weekly performance reviews, shape forecasts, and contribute to strategic budget planning to keep us on track for growth.
Champion data-driven decisions: Take ownership of growth metrics and dashboards, turning insights into winning strategies.
Master the budget: Strategically manage our multi-million Euro marketing investments to maximize ROI, optimize cost per lead/sale, and drive sustainable profitability
Manage an international & multicultural team (13 people in the team including 3 direct reports):
Inspire, Grow & Lead the Marketing Growth team, with a very KPI oriented approach.
Cultivate a spirit of test and learn, continuous improvement and creative solutions.
Work closely with Country managers (referent for our markets), the Sales and Product teams to achieve our strategy.
Work environmentOur recently remodeled office, La Voyagerie, is close to Saint-Lazare, with beautiful spaces that enable interaction with all colleagues.

Weekly teleworking (up to 2 days/week) & traveling TT to work several times a year in other countries/regions.

Preferred ExperienceYou may be a great fit for this position if you have:
A proven growth driver in a similar position and a successful management experience.

Digital marketing mastery: Expert-level knowledge of paid channels, organic growth, and CRM at international scale (SEO or display advertising background is a plus).

Project leadership excellence: You are comfortable working on large-scale projects involving different professions. You know how to evaluate, sequence, plan, organize and lead to deliver.
Data-driven mindset: Sharp analytical skills combined with an agile test-and-learn approach to driving results.
Visionary mindset: You are creative, challenge the status quo and want to test new mechanisms to engage our members. You know how to infuse this in your team.
Fluency in English.
1st experience in start up / scale up / fast growing environment is a plus.
