This agency are experts in the design, development and delivery of mass participation events, from sports races to marathons and many more in-between - they work with both agencies and event owners to create, pilot, scale & deliver these events managing all elements from planning, permissions, staffing, route management, branding and infrastructure, through to on-site build and delivery.

The Role

There is now the opportunity for a Project Manager to come on board and ensure the successful delivery of projects. As part of the internal brand and signage team, you will project manage the production, placement and onsite delivery of branded banners, digital signage, large format posters, wayfinding signage and branded gantry rigs. A broad role responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and maintaining client relationships
  2. Ensuring deliverables and timescales on projects including managing schedules
  3. Budget management: tracking costs and reconciliation up to 500k.
  4. Asset mapping and installation at location
  5. Supplier sourcing and management including print and video
  6. Crew resource forecasting and management
  7. Management of artwork and asset creation
  8. Line management of 1 direct report
  9. Onsite management of delivery

The Candidate

To be considered for this role, you must have experience with the production of brand assets, ideally gained from working within the branding, activation or experiential space. Candidates must have a proven ability to work across multiple clients and projects and any experience of direct line management would be an added benefit. Exposure to working on large scale sporting / mass participation events would be hugely advantageous. Candidates must be open to international travel as the role will require going onsite both within the UK and internationally.
