Salary: £25,200-£31,800
Location: Cambridge/Hybrid (twice a week or more in the office)

This position will focus on planning and delivering a programme of best-in-class events that meet our customer needs and business goals. You are a customer-focused events planner who understands the complexities and challenges of executing a diverse range of physical, virtual, and hybrid events that connect our content and colleagues with our customer communities. Your work will help position Cambridge as leaders in educational thought, teaching, learning, and assessment.

About the roleAs a vital part of our growing Events Marketing team, you will work closely with the Events Manager to plan and deliver event experiences that build and nurture customer relationships, gain recognition and generate leads. Central to this Events Executive role is the ability to co-ordinate a portfolio of global events simultaneously, so being able to multi-task effectively is key.
Key responsibilities will include:- Executing a global marketing events programme, delivering on event marketing strategies and objectives.
- Collaborating with the wider marketing team on innovating the event experience to ensure that Cambridge develops a reputation for delivering modern, sustainable, and market-leading event experiences.
- Making all logistical and administrative arrangements for allocated in-person, hybrid, and virtual events, meeting all required deadlines and leading on the design and production of event assets.
- Establishing a clear customer journey for each event, ensuring key touchpoints and planned experiences are delivered.
To excel in this role, you will:
- Have experience organising successful events, conferences, and webinar programmes.
- Have excellent project, budget, and organisational skills with a focus on delivering to time, budget, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with confidence, by building positive relationships with colleagues and sharing your knowledge and experience.
