Events Telesales Executive
£24k basic with £32k+ OTE
Chelmsford (Office Based Role)
Permanent/Full Time
Monday - Friday (9am - 5.30pm)
Our client, located in Chelmsford, is on the search for a dynamic and passionate Telesales Executive to join their events sales team!
This is a great chance to join a growing company, with the opportunity to progress further down the line.
Duties & Responsibilities of a Sales Executive:- Handle all incoming leads and book clients for coaching events.
- Make outbound calls to previous enquiries to gain further bookings.
- Upsell event packages to increase attendance rates.
- Build trust, communicate effectively, and exceed clients' expectations, leading to loyalty and referrals.
- Follow up on leads and previous clients who have attended events in an attempt to gain more bookings.
- Maintain and accurately record all client contact details.
- Respond to queries from new and existing clients.
- Proven experience in some form of sales and ability to sell over the telephone.
- Ability to follow a sales process to achieve targets.
- Confident, enthusiastic personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent telephone manner.
