Salary: to £65,000 + Exceptional Benefits Package and Bonus
Location: Central London with Work from Home Options
Leading private equity firm are looking for an executive assistant to assist the CEO and provide support to the Board of Directors. The CEO is looking for a proactive and forward-thinking EA with excellent relationship building skills as he needs someone he can trust and rely on.
A selection of responsibilities include:
- Extensive diary and calendar management, troubleshooting conflicts and ensuring the smooth running of his day to day.
- Arranging and handling all logistics for Board meetings and events.
- Drafting agendas and compiling presentation materials.
- Assisting with confidential projects.
- Completing expense reports.
- Designing and producing complex documents, reports, and presentations.
- Composing and preparing correspondence.
- Proactively anticipating CEO's needs in advance of meetings, conferences, etc., and taking action to ensure they are properly prepared at all times.
- Managing the CEO's 'To-Do List', acting as the main connection between the CEO and those that require his attention/time.
- Help manage the office budget to include reviewing all current suppliers.
It is essential that you have significant experience supporting high-profile partners/executives/board members from another professional services/blue-chip organisation, have a high degree of professionalism, and the ability to make appropriate, informed decisions regarding the CEO's priorities and time.
