Job Description

Why this role is important to us

As an Executive Assistant, you will provide top-notch organizational support to several executives in the EDQ Central & UK&I Leadership Teams, and help deliver important communications to staff. You will also lead and help plan and implement a range of events.

Your role is important to ensuring the Leadership team are empowered to perform at their best, while you promote a vibrant and inclusive culture within our organisation.

You will need to build relationships across multiple regions within the Global EDQ business and the wider Experian organisation and be an important contact for the teams.

This is a hybrid role based in our London office reporting into a member of the SLT.

Work that matters - What you'll do

  • Complex Diary Management: Master the art of managing complex diaries for SLT members and the team.
  • Report and Presentation Preparation: Prepare high-quality reports and presentations for meetings, business reporting requirements, and board reports.
  • Event Organisation: Be the heartbeat of our team by organising team workshops, 'All Hands' events, and other engaging activities. Your inputs and suggestions will ensure these events are not only successful but also memorable.
  • Expense Processing: Process monthly expenses for managers, purchase order invoices, payments, and receipts.
  • Can-Do Attitude: Approach every task and challenge with anticipation of the requirements of the team, and improve processes to ensure efficient operations.
  • Team Player: Collaborate with colleagues and partners. Foster a cooperative and supportive work environment, contributing to team success.
  • Engagement Expertise: Lead in promoting engagement. Support written communications, coordinate events with enthusiasm and creativity.
  • Confidentiality: Operate with the utmost integrity, maintaining strict confidentiality in all communications and interactions.

Experience and Skills

  • Reliable Delivery: Previous EA experience and able to deliver high-standard work, delivered within agreed timescales. Able to support a virtual team spanning multiple domestic time zones.
  • Self-Assured and Motivated: Using a flexible working practice, getting involved in everything during peak periods.
  • High Standard of IT Skills: Proficiency in Teams, Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Interest and Experience in Communications and Engagement Agendas: Experience promoting engagement to build a positive culture.
  • Excellent Administration Skills: Strong administrative capabilities.
