Experienced Credit Hire Fee Earner - Earning Potential Bonus - Greater Manchester

We are looking to appoint an experienced Credit Hire Fee Earner to our office in Greater Manchester.
Our firm is a reputable, claimant Legal 500 which specialises in insurance and credit hire. Joining as a fee earner, you will be responsible for a litigated caseload of credit hire to RTA cases.
Duties include:

1. Handling a caseload of credit hire to RTA cases
2. Fast to multi track cases valuing to £100,000
3. Responsible for a full litigated caseload
4. Inception to settlement caseload of files
5. Collecting evidence, drafting witness statements and court hearings

Our firm has offices located across the UK and a national client basis as a part of your caseload. This is a progressive chance to diversify your claimant experience at a commercial law firm.

For this role, we are looking for experienced fee earners to join our established law firm. To be considered, you must fit the following criteria:
Candidate Criteria:

1. 3+ years as a fee earner at a law firm
2. Experience in credit hire and RTA claims
3. Experience running a caseload of claims
4. Ability to run a caseload of litigated claims
