Job Description

Job Title: Export Administrator
Location: London

Reporting To: CEO

Work from Home: 1-2 days a week

Responsibilities:
  • Support the CEO - Plan any trips, meetings, and conferences as needed.

  • Support current customers in Japan.

  • Find and develop new customers in Japan.

  • Support new customers as needed.

  • Answer and respond to daily emails with customers.

  • Be the point person on files and organize internally: samples, freight rates, prepare offers or quotations, etc.

  • Answer any inquiries from new and current customers in these markets.

  • Handle all files and inquiries as instructed and guided by the CEO.

  • Sales reporting and creating budgets.

  • Check with the Ops department regarding transport/logistics orders being executed on time.

Qualifications:
  • Warm and welcoming, with the ability to control and organize multiple files, and excellent time management skills.

  • Fluent in Japanese and English.

  • Applicants must have the right to live and work in the UK without any restrictions.

  • Fluency in another language would be a bonus.

  • Excellent time management skills, communication skills, and confidence in dealing with clients (internal and external) and service providers.
