Job Title: Export Administrator
Location: London
Reporting To: CEO
Work from Home: 1-2 days a week
Support the CEO - Plan any trips, meetings, and conferences as needed.
Support current customers in Japan.
Find and develop new customers in Japan.
Support new customers as needed.
Answer and respond to daily emails with customers.
Be the point person on files and organize internally: samples, freight rates, prepare offers or quotations, etc.
Answer any inquiries from new and current customers in these markets.
Handle all files and inquiries as instructed and guided by the CEO.
Sales reporting and creating budgets.
Check with the Ops department regarding transport/logistics orders being executed on time.
Warm and welcoming, with the ability to control and organize multiple files, and excellent time management skills.
Fluent in Japanese and English.
Applicants must have the right to live and work in the UK without any restrictions.
Fluency in another language would be a bonus.
Excellent time management skills, communication skills, and confidence in dealing with clients (internal and external) and service providers.
