A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Family Law Solicitor to join its busy team. This role offers the opportunity to manage a varied caseload of divorce, financial disputes, and children matters, handling both Legal Aid and private family work.

1. Managing a caseload of complex divorce, financial settlements, and private children law matters
2. Advocating in court, representing clients in contested financial and children's proceedings.
3. Providing strategic legal advice to clients, ensuring discretion and commercial awareness.
4. Collaborating with expert witnesses, forensic accountants, and barristers to build strong cases.
5. Engaging in networking and business development to maintain and grow the firm's strong reputation and high-calibre client base.

1. Experience in family law, with substantial experience in handling a high caseload
2. Strong advocacy skills, with experience representing clients in contested hearings.
3. A proven ability to handle complex cases with discretion and strategic insight.
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a commercially focused approach.
5. A proactive mindset, with a keen interest in business development and client relationship management.
