Are you a proactive, results-driven sales professional with a passion for building strong customer relationships? Diversey is seeking a Field Sales Representative to join our team in South London. As a global leader in cleaning and hygiene technologies, we provide innovative solutions to the Food & Beverage industry, including floor care machines, cleaning tools, and hygiene chemicals.

What You'll Be Doing:
  1. Sales Excellence: Drive new business and build lasting relationships with key strategic and national accounts.
  2. Consultative Selling: Promote our advanced cleaning and hygiene technologies, identifying customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
  3. Customer Support: Provide ongoing support to existing customers, ensuring satisfaction and fostering loyalty.
  4. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align sales strategies and achieve team objectives.
  5. Reporting: Track your activities and sales performance using Salesforce (Youreka).
What We're Looking For:
  1. Proven experience in field sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
  2. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  3. A proactive, target-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals.
  4. Technical aptitude and ability to understand and promote complex products.
  5. A full UK driving license is essential.
  6. Experience in the cleaning & hygiene industry or related sectors is a plus.
