File Share Migration Consultant (Power BI & Automation) (m/w/d)

We have a current opportunity for a File Share Migration Consultant (Power BI & Automation) (m/w/d) on a contract basis.

This project is part of an ongoing initiative with the overall goal of clearing all unstructured data from the clients Legacy file share services (Azure NetApp Cloud Volumes ONTAP) so that the supporting infrastructure can be decommissioned. This is in support of our clients IT's wider strategy to reduce technical debt, improve security and reduce running costs. It is also a key enabler for the wider AD Exit initiative.

Tasks:
Professional conduction of an File share data analysis with the aim of gathering information about relevant tools (migRaven, eDIVA, Blue XP) by taking under consideration information provided by the client in advance and own knowledge and experience
Creation of Power BI Dashboards
Creation of Power Automate flows and appropriate Updates based on requirements/information provided by the client in advance and or own expertise
Preparation of file share content for migration batches, including folder definition, permissions identification, provision of target destination site(s) in SharePoint Online
Presentation of the results to the migration provider with the aim of gathering information for the conduction of pre-migration checks
Presentation of the results to the relevant content owners (online meeting) before and after migration and validation of migrated content in new destination for a sign-off
Professional consultation of content owners regarding queries arising from the migration
Preparation of batches for deletion from file share, incl. checking of the required approvals, details to be assembled and shared with the file share service provider for them to delete
Professional consultation regarding queries relating to the deletion batch and validation of the subsequent deletion
Providing of technical advice on file share and SharePoint to the training team and participation in training sessions with the aim of providing technical information
Participation in stakeholder awareness sessions (weekly online meeting) and project meetings (weekly online meeting), with associated and dependent project teams with the aim of providing information regarding the project progress
