We're looking for a Finance & Office Assistant to join a prestigious commercial real estate investment firm. You'll become part of a small, close-knit team, based in a modern office in South Brussels - just a short walk from Boitsfort train station.


Your role

As a Finance & Office Assistant, you are a key player in keeping the office running smoothly. You'll support the CEO and the asset management team with financial, administrative, and organizational tasks.

Your responsibilities include:

Financial administration: processing payments, reconciling credit card statements, managing invoices (rent, parking), assisting with audits, and handling VAT recovery.

Office management: organizing documents, maintaining admin records, and ensuring a smooth daily workflow.

Executive support: managing the CEO's agenda, preparing meetings, and offering general assistance.

Ad hoc support: front desk responsibilities, assisting asset management and legal documentation.

Who are we looking for?

A proactive, structured and discreet professional with a strong eye for detail and a good head for numbers.

Background in administration or finance

Experience as an assistant, office manager, or admin professional with financial tasks

High attention to detail and accuracy

Language skills: FR/NL or NL/FR with good English

Able to set priorities, work independently, and stay calm under pressure

Professional and trustworthy - you'll be working with confidential data

Affinity with real estate is a plus, not a must!
