We are looking for an exceptional graduate or entry-level finance professional to join our Finance Team in our London office.

Primary Responsibilities Include:
  • Customer Billing & Revenue Management - Assist in generating and validating customer invoices, ensuring accuracy in billing cycles, and resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Credit Control & Collections - Support the accounts receivable process by monitoring outstanding payments, liaising with customers to resolve queries, and ensuring timely collections to optimize cash flow.
  • Financial Data Analysis & Reporting - Assist in data extraction, analysis, and reporting for financial performance insights, using tools like Excel, SQL, or BI platforms.
  • Process Improvement & Automation - Contribute to process optimisation initiatives, including automation of financial workflows, to enhance efficiency and accuracy in billing and credit control.
  • Special Projects - Support ad-hoc projects related to data analytics, regulatory reporting, or system enhancements, working cross-functionally with finance, operations, and technology teams.

Key skills and experience:
  • Basic understanding of financial principles, billing processes, and accounts receivable management ideally gained through a relevant degree or previous work experience.
  • Financial & Accounting Knowledge
    • Basic understanding of financial principles, billing processes, and accounts receivable management ideally gained through a relevant degree or previous work experience.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
    • Strong ability to analyse financial data, identify discrepancies, and provide solutions.
    • Experience with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
  • Attention to Detail & Accuracy
    • Ability to ensure precision in billing, reconciliations, and financial records.
    • Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks with minimal errors.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Management
    • Clear and professional communication skills, particularly for interacting with customers regarding payments and credit control.
    • Ability to collaborate with internal teams, including finance, operations, and technology.
  • Technical & Digital Skills
    • Proficiency in Excel and exposure to financial software (e.g., Xero) or CRM tools (e.g., Hub Spot) is desirable but not essential.
    • Familiarity with SQL, Python, or automation tools for finance processes is a plus.
