We are supporting a large business based in Birmingham City Centre with the recruitment of a Finance Business Partner. The organisation has gone from strength to strength in recent years, and they have an excellent reputation for being a great place to work.
Your new role
Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be the Finance Business Partner for a significant division of the business. This role is responsible for driving the financial and strategic analysis, monthly reporting, quarterly forecasts and the annual budget with a view to improving business performance and supporting operational stakeholders. You will review contract profitability, support pricing models and capital investment projects.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you will be a fully qualified accountant with experience in a commercial accounting and business partnering function, ideally within a large, complex and fast-paced environment. You will be a proactive and effective communicator with excellent attention to detail.
