Finance Business Partner

London - hybrid working model (2 days a week onsite, 3 days remote)

Fantastic opportunity to secure an initial 6 months day rate contract inside IR35 as a Finance Business Partner. The Finance Business Partner will be partnering senior leaders in the business as well as members of the executive team ensuring they are receiving financial support in all of their business decisions and future financial outlook. This is a forward thinking, fast paced business area operating within a flexible working environment.

What will you be doing?

1. Finance Business Partner to the Functions (Security, CFO, Corporate Management, Security & Enterprise IT)
2. Financial assessment of business activities and projects specific to functions
3. Support and input towards the publication of Charging Statements, Indicative Charging Statements and indicative budgets.
4. Work with senior management team in preparation and review of business cases, providing detailed feedback on submission, continuously work towards improving the process
5. Budgeting and quarterly forecasting of costs and timing of cash outflows
6. Manage and report on key risks, issues and opportunities affecting projects and functions that the role supports
7. Prepare and deliver accurate month-end/year-end management reporting for functions and projects which this role supports

What are we looking for?

1. Extensive experience in a similar role as a Finance Business Partner
2. Experience with budget cycles including monthly and quarterly forecasts
3. Demonstrates initiative and takes responsibility for commercial issues, seeing them through to completion
4. Track record of implementing change to improve financial processes
5. Excellent experience in senior stakeholder management up to and including executive level
