Job Description

• Partner with key stakeholders to provide financial insights and guidance on decision-making
• Develop and manage financial forecasting and budgeting processes
• Ensure financial integrity and compliance with regulations within the organisation
• Identify opportunities for financial performance improvements
• Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial reports
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align financial strategy with business objectives
• Implement and maintain robust financial systems and processes

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Finance Business Partner' should have:

• A degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
• Professional certification such as ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent. QBE will also be considered.
• Proficiency in financial management software
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and standards
• Excellent analytical skills and a strategic mindset
• Exceptional communication and collaboration ability
• Experience with data integration tools like Power BI
• Good understanding of balance sheets
